Vaiva Kovieraitė-Trumpė

born in 1985, is a lithuanian artist who works in her studio in Šiauliai, Lithuania. Vaiva contributed the following biographical statement: “I gained MA degree in Fine Arts (Printmaking), since then I actively participate in artistic projects, exhibitions, residencies around the world. I am a member of the printmaking association, Graphic i Vast, Geteborg (SE) (since 2012) and Lithuanian Artists’ Association (LT) (since 2014). During my creative process I use experimental means, including techniques (transfer technology, monotype, etc.), tools (cloths, spatulas, etc.), materials (inks, pigments, liquids, dissolvents, powders, etc.).” Find more information at www.vaivakovieraite.com.
