Rebecca Wood is a full-time teacher and a part-time artist living in Prescott, Arizona. She earned her MFA in Fiction at the University of Alaska, Fairbanks, discovering an interest in the intersectionality of visual and written art forms. She has published with Concho River Review, The Blood Pudding, Prose Online, and more, all while exhibiting her artwork across her community. Rebecca grew up in the Southwest and creates art mostly about the desert places of her home. Her body of work combines abstract landscapes or natural subject matter with symbols of the American West to investigate themes of identity and time.
